My name is Donna O’Connor, I’m a Special Education teacher at Dublin Coffman High School, I love the kids that I teach and I never dreamed I’d leave the job I love for politics.

My students’ voices of past and present remind me and inspire me to do my job better each day. When I look at what is at stake for us, I’m ready to fight for and be inspired by the people in this district. I’m ready to fight for policies that are good for all of us, and not just good for a few. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you as I have served hundreds of students, with passion and dedication. I need your support to continue our fight inside the Statehouse for the future of public education, for economic opportunities for our middle class and for equal opportunities for my children and yours.

The current leadership in the Statehouse continues to support legislation that suppresses voters and dramatically cuts funds to local municipalities and public schools. And while budgets are shrinking for the average taxpayer, politicians continue to pass legislation providing loopholes and tax exemptions for the most wealthy and connected Ohioans.
